MIDWEST CITY Rose State College officials plan to develop residential housing on the college’s campus. The measure was approved by Rose’s board of regents and is now moving into planning and evaluating stages. The college, at 6420 SE 15th St., has set a target date of August 2015 to offer student housing. It will be the first housing at Rose.
