The Chieftain Motel, 8100 S. Shields Blvd. in south Oklahoma City, has a new owner. Jalaram Hospitality purchased the 6,087-square-foot property, built in 1954, from Bharatbhai and Nirmalaben Patel for $400,000. Stewart Abstract & Title handled the closing. –Kelley Chambers

Oklahoma County

Prime Financial LLC purchased 45 acres of commercial vacant land north of E. Interstate 44 Service Road between N. Santa Fe and N. Kelley avenues for $2.25 million from DPMG Inc. Old Republic Title Co. of Oklahoma handled the closing.

USA Property Management LLC purchased .56 acres of commercial vacant land with frontage along the Bricktown Canal near Mickey Mantle Drive for $1.7 million from Cotton Investment Co. LLC. Plans for the site include a mixed-use development with parking, dubbed the House of Bedlam. Betty Cummins with First American Title handled the closing.

Wood Group ESP Inc. purchased two buildings at 5500 S.E. 59th St. for $1.54 million from Weatherford Artificial Lift Systems Inc. The sale included a light-manufacturing building with 110,940 square feet constructed in 1969, and a 14,000-square-foot office building constructed in 2001. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.

BWAC I LLC purchased a 23,524-square-foot industrial building at 9940 W. Reno Ave. for $1.1 million from KLB2 LP. Jim Karey with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort handled the transaction.

Kolb Holdings LLC purchased a 37,454-square-foot storage warehouse at 50 N.W. 44th St. for $1 million from Dulaney’s Inc. It was built in 1951. Bob Puckett with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

4820 LLC purchased a 22,310-square-foot industrial building at 4820 S.W. 20th St. for $837,500. It was built in 1980. David Portman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma and Tim Strange with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange and Associates handled the transaction. Stewart Abstract & Title handled the closing.

Lyne Realty LP purchased a 28,000-square-foot industrial building at 6 S. Vermont for $800,000 from Tony Ellison. Kris Davis with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort handled the transaction.

Hand Up Ministries Inc. purchased Bailey’s Mobile Home Park on 6 acres at 8041 S. Shields for $750,000 from Don Sessions. Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.

Ellison Investments LLC purchased 17 acres of land at S.W. 44th Street between Rockwell Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard for $625,000 from L & M Investments. Mark Patton with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Boomerang Car Wash the North Little Rock, Ark.-based company purchased 1 acre of land in the MacArthur Crossing addition in Oklahoma City for $575,000 from Dallas, Texas-based MacArthur Crossing Investors LP. Mark Inman and Stuart Graham with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

NES Properties LLC purchased an 8,866-square-foot building at 1017 N. Broadway Ave. on Automobile Alley for $560,000 from Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity Inc. It was built in 1920. Pilar Beare with First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

Walker Boys Farm LLC purchased 158 acres of land at 9750 N. Luther Road for $395,000 from Arcadia Farm LLC. Marcia Chappelear with First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

VFW Dr. Mini-Storage LLC purchased properties at 4301, 4501 and 4509 VFW Drive in Del City, including a 12,500-squarefoot storage facility on 4.52 acres, for $300,000 from Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner John Doak, who served as receiver for Security General Life Insurance. Tom Anglin with Tom Anglin and Associates, and Judy J. Hatfield with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction. Rhonda Collett with Cleveland County Abstract in Norman handled the closing.

Quality Wholesale Millwork purchased an 8,640-square-foot industrial building at 2400 S. May Ave. for $225,000 from James Stewart. Jerry Hocker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates, and Michael Raff from Wiggin Properties handled the transaction.

Wire Formers LLC purchased a 6,250-square-foot industrial property at 7780 N. Rockwell for $190,000 from Chandler C. Baker. It will be used as a wire-forming and manufacturing facility. The building was constructed in 1982. Bobby Davis with NAI Sullivan Group represented the seller, and Bill Burns with Red Mountain Realty Inc. represented the buyer. Jackie Hatton with Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Co. handled the closing.

WB Gibb Trust purchased an 8,700-square-foot warehouse at 1700 S. Missouri Ave. for $175,000 from Grassroots Properties LLC. John C. Lenochan with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.


Cleveland County

Villano Salim LLC purchased property at NRH Medical Park West, 3400 W. Tecumseh Road in Norman, for $1.34 million from NRH Medical Park West LLC. Eric Fleske and Judy J. Hatfield with Equity Realty LLC handled the transaction. Rhonda Collett with Cleveland County Abstract Co. in Norman, handled the closing.
