Fittest Execs
The Fittest Execs program is a new initiative by OKCBiz magazine to identify, recognize, reward and
promote area executives who prioritize health and fitness in their lives and at their organizations.
The Fittest Execs Competition is a fun way for fit-focused executives to get involved and support a
healthier workforce in Central Oklahoma.
If you lead by example as you are physically fit, and you influence your employees and community to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, this program is for you! You’ll enjoy great networking with your fellow executives, be a positive example for your employees and fellow company leaders, and experience a host of complimentary fitness and wellness services.
Executives may enter (and challenge a peer ) here on our website through August 19, 2011.There is a $40 entry fee per person for the Fittest Exec Award. The competition is limited to presidents, owners, board members, C-Level executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, etc), directors and high-level managers of companies with more than 10 employees.

Assessments will take place from August 22 through September 30, 2011 and will include the following:
Corporate Wellness Award
Does your company have a stellar wellness program? Nominate it for the Corporate Wellness Award. Nominated companies will garner great publicity and act as examples for other organizations interest in helping their employees as they combat rising health care costs. A Corporate Wellness Champion, first runner-up and second runner-up will be recognized.
Nomination deadline: August 15, 2011.
There is a $100 entry fee for the Corporate Wellness Award, and companies with 10 or more employees are eligible to enter. Once you register, you will be contacted by a representative for payment. You will also receive an email with a link to the corporate health and wellness survey for assessment.

St. Anthony SCORE program
SCORE offers a complete medical examination preformed by a board certified physician. The comprehensive exam includes everything from a blood and urine analysis, blood pressure evaluation, stress test, heart disease screening, diabetes screening, vision and hearing screening, chest x-ray and much more.

- Fittest Male Exec under age 50
- Fittest Female Exec over age 50
- Fittest Male Exec over age 50

- Each
executive’s personal fitness level will be measured for endurance,
strength, flexibility and body makeup, and includes a complimentary
health risk appraisal and blood work assessment.
- Each executive will also complete a questionnaire regarding their fitness and nutrition habits to be included in the assessment.
