MWC Storage Investors LLC purchased a former Walmart building and the surrounding land at 7500 E. Reno in Midwest City for $1.375 million from Walmart Realty Company. The 122,000-square-foot building sits on 17.5 acres. The property is slated to become a multi-use area.
