OKC improves ISO ranking

Home and business owners in Oklahoma City could see their insurance premiums dropping in the near future based on findings in a report from the Insurance Services Office. The organization is the leading supplier of actuarial, statistical, underwriting and claims data and services to the property casualty insurance industry. In the latest report, Oklahoma City moved from a classification of nine to a five – one being the best, and 10, the worst. Read more

Brownfields money headed to OKC

Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett will be joined at 1 p.m. July 30 by officials with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Oklahoma Office of the Secretary of Environment, Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to highlight the city’s recent Brownfields assessment grant of $350,000.
