100 Main LLC, led by Steve Hurst, purchased the Century Center mall and parking structure at 100 W. Main in Downtown OKC for $2 million. Built in the mid-1970s, the 115,000-square-foot center was once a thriving office and retail spot — and was even once home to an FAO Schwarz toy store — but fell into decline after the oil bust in the mid-1980s. The new owners plan to reposition the building as a retail destination and office space. David Huffman with Wiggin Properties LLC represented the seller, and Tim Strange and Zach Martin with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange and Associates represented the buyer in the transaction. Andy Burnett and Daniel Ojeda with SVN will handle leasing.

OKLAHOMA COUNTY

Sheridan Redevelopers LLC purchased the 13,000-square-foot Union Bus Station, 427 W. Sheridan Ave., for $2 million from Union Bus Station of Oklahoma City. The station was built in 1941. American Eagle Title Group LLC handled the closing.

Scholars West LLC purchased a 4,377-square-foot retail property at 6410 S.W. Third for $1.885 million from Westgate Marketplace Developers LLC. The property is leased to Panera Bread, and the shop plans to continue operations at that location. Jason Little with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma represented the seller, and Derrick Schroeder with Solid Investments|Berger Realty Group represented the buyer in the transaction. Mary Gardner with American Eagle Title handled the closing.

Bixby Lumber Co. Inc. purchased a 30,036-square-foot industrial building at 1401 S.E. Grand Blvd. for $825,000 from RDS Commercial Investments LLC. It was constructed in 1977 and received an addition in 2002. Michael Raff with Wiggin Properties LLC handled the transaction. Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

4555 W. Memorial LLC purchased 1.6 acres of commercial vacant land at W. Memorial Road and N. Meridian Avenue for $800,000 from Meridian Memorial LLC. Carl Archiniaco with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the seller in the transaction. American Eagle Title Group handled the closing.

6400 S. Superior Avenue LLC purchased 6.7 acres at 6400 S. Superior Ave. for $237,500 from Schwarz Brothers to be used as an investment. Bob Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Jackie Hatton with Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company handled the closing.

McNeese Photography LLC purchased 0.4649 acres at the southwest corner of N.W. 62nd Street and Harvey Avenue for $156,094 from Jamie Alene Taylor Trust. McNeese will use the land to construct a new office and commercial photography studio. Frank Miskovsky IV with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Teresa Koeppe with Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company handled the closing.

CANADIAN COUNTY

Canadian County Investments LLC purchased a property comprising 8.77 acres at 15200 N.W. 34th in Yukon for $275,000 from Glenn Murray. It is a truck accessory repair shop and will be used as a service center. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Barbara Chatman with Old Republic Title Company handled the closing.

GRADY COUNTY

Continental Resources Inc. purchased a 22-acre lot with two buildings totaling 10,575 square feet at 1148 Highway 62 in Chickasha for $680,125 from 81 Auto Auction Inc. Continental plans to use it as their Chickasha/Grady County location. Judy J. Hatfield with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction. Mary C. Gardner with American Eagle Title Group LLC handled the closing.
