Los Angeles-based Post Investment Group LLC purchased the Village at Quail Springs, 14520 N. Pennsylvania Ave., from Village at Quail Springs LLC for $21.45 million. Andy Burnett and David Burnett with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange & Associates handled the transaction. It is the largest apartment sale in the metro this year to date. The price breakdown was about $77,700 per unit. It was built in 2009.
Daddy Ernie LLC purchased 72.85 acres of land at S.W. 44th Street and S. Council Road for $4.2 million from Keith Anderson. Randy Lacey with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort handled the transaction.
WP Land LLC purchased 160 acres of land at Sara Road and S.W. 29th Street for $2.1 million from LMS Children LLC of St. Louis, Mo. Stonewall Property Holdings LLC purchased a 14,770-square-foot industrial building and parking lot at 1608 Northwest Expressway for $1.514 million from 1608 Partners LLC. It was built in 1976. W & W Tenth Street LLC purchased a neighborhood shopping center in the 2900 block of N.W. 10th Street at May Avenue for $1.462 million from May Ten LLC. The center includes 41,325 square feet and was built in 1970. Tenants include Whittaker’s Foods, a Dollar General store, a liquor store, an antique store and an automobile service garage.
