OKLAHOMA COUNTY

QuadGraphics leased 164,000 square feet in a distribution warehouse at 6801 S. Air Depot Blvd. The total building comprises 312,000 square feet. The new tenant will use it for warehousing paper products and staging materials for its manufacturing and printing plant located on Sunnylane Road. It features 33-foot-high ceilings, dock-high loading and large truck courts. Gerald L. Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co. handled the transaction. 

United Engines LLC subleased the 33,800-square-foot former Pollock Paper Distributors warehouse at 4532 Enterprise Ave. It features dock-high loading, 6,000 square feet of deluxe office space and high-bay storage areas. Pollock Investments Inc. was the sub-landlord. The building is owned by Louie LLC. Gerald L. Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the owner and sub-landlord, and David Portman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma represented the tenant.

right SemGroup Corporation leased 13,547 square feet of office space in Union Plaza, 3030 Northwest Expressway. The company gathers, transports, stores, markets and distributes crude oil. SemGroup’s Oklahoma City operations were previously housed in far southwest Oklahoma City along Interstate 44. The new location will provide the company with more modern, efficient space and is in closer proximity to its Tulsa headquarters and Cushing storage facility. Craig Tucker with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction. Price Edwards reports the total lease value was approximately $1.8 million.

Larry Thompson dba Distribution Services Co. leased 31,500 square feet of warehouse space at 5525 Morton Drive. 55-55 Properties LLC owns the property. Jerry Hocker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker and Associates represented the tenant, and Gerald L. Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the landlord.

LTL EX Inc. leased 29,000 square feet of frozen and refrigerated warehouse space at 615 W. Wilshire. The building owner is Wilshire Alliance LLC. Fontana, Calif.-based LTL is a trucking company specializing in refrigerated partial-truckload deliveries. Jim Buchanan with Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the tenant.

David Stanley leased 18,000 square feet of industrial space at 3920 N.W. 39th Expressway. Bob Puckett with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Children’s Consignment Sales leased 17,805 square feet of retail space in Market Plaza Shopping Center, 7001 Northwest Expressway, from American Asset Management Services Corporation. Ryan Storer, Stuart Graham and Mark W. Inman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Integris Baptist Medical Center leased 9,136 square feet of office space in One Corporate Plaza, 3525 N.W. 56th St. Craig Tucker with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Asian Taste Restaurant leased a 4,730-square-foot building at 2035 S. Meridian Ave. from Kalies Property LLC. Ryan Storer, Stuart Graham and Mark W. Inman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Doerner Saunders Daniel & Anderson LLP leased 4,660 square feet of office space in Bank of Oklahoma Plaza, 201 Robert S. Kerr. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

First Advantage Background Services Corp. leased 4,600 square feet of office space at 80 E. Fifth St. in Edmond. Amy Dunn with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Rig Cleaning Services LLC leased 4,000 square feet of office space in Mid-Con Properties. Derek James with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Classic Home Interiors leased 3,985 square feet of retail space in Village Park South Shopping Center, 10407 N. May Ave., from Dineen Edwards Group LLC. Ryan Storer, Stuart Graham and Mark W. Inman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Edmond Podiatry Associates leased 3,561 square feet of office space at 1404 E. Ninth St. in Edmond. Brent Conway and AJ Jacobs with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Mattress Firm leased 3,502 square feet of retail space in Belle Isle Station at Belle Isle Boulevard near Northwest Expressway. Susan Brinkley with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

State Beauty Supply leased 3,466 square feet of retail space in Walnut Square Shopping Center at S.W. 74th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Laci Jackson with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Premier Lighting Sales leased 2,429 square feet of retail space at 1701 Signal Ridge in Edmond. AJ Jacobs and Brent Conway with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma, and Mitra Senemar with Churchill Brown, handled the transaction.

Benco Foods Inc. leased 2,050 square feet of retail space in Coppertree Business Park, 401 N. Meridian Ave. Ross Hall with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Oklahoma Heart Hospital LLC leased 1,888 square feet of office space in Robinson Renaissance, 119 N. Robinson Ave. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

KAL Energy leased 1,853 square feet of office space in Jamestown Office Park, 3033 N.W. 63rd St. Derek James with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Lonnie Rice leased 1,750 square feet of office space at 13728 N. Lincoln in Edmond from Lincoln Memorial Business Park LLC. The space will be used as a training facility and storage center. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Vamonos Restaurant leased a 1,741-square-foot building at 125 W. Britton Road from Starbucks Corporation. Mark W. Inman, Stuart Graham and Ryan Storer with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Saul and Kristy Maldonado leased 1,740 square feet of office space in Sooner Business Park, 5701 E. I-240 Service Road. Ross Hall with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

United National Tribal Youth Inc. leased 1,412 square feet of office space in the E.K. Gaylord Building, 500 N. Broadway Ave. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

CLEVELAND COUNTY

Community Thrift dba Save Moore Thrift leased 10,412 square feet of retail space at 1320 Santa Fe in Moore from Oklahoma CVS Pharmacy LLC. Save Moore Thrift plans to open a new donation center and store to service the Moore community. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group, and Karleen Krywucki with Price Edwards & Co., handled the transaction.

Massage Relax Therapy leased 1,460 square feet of retail space in an out-parcel at New City Center at N.W. Fifth Street and Interstate 35 in Moore. The grand opening is set for April. Rick Pritchett with Precor Ruffin handled the transaction.
