As technology advances, Heritage strives to stay on the cutting edge, and has diversified from a printing firm to what president David DeLana has grown to a multifaceted resource to meet a client’s every need. The company can provide a one-stop shop for clients looking for printing, promotional products, website hosting, mailing, marketing and other features to make their businesses thrive.

“We want to be a solutions provider for our customers,” DeLana says.

Long gone are the days where the company only did printing. Today that accounts for about 55% of Heritage’s business.

“Most people don’t know that we handle websites,” DeLana says.

The company’s first website was for Oklahoma State University’s alumni association. Those efforts were later moved in-house by OSU, but Heritage hosts 18 websites, including the University of Oklahoma’s alumni association.

But DeLana says it’s his people who make the company great. Many have been with the company for years, dating back to its founding in 1974.

So whether a client needs the whole package, or simply needs a brochure printed, Heritage is there.

“We try to be consistent in our service and provide value to the customer,” he says. “We value those long-term relationships.”
