OKLAHOMA COUNTY
Freedom Plaza LLC purchased the former Ramada Plaza Hotel, 930 E. Second in Edmond, for $4.3 million from SP Broncho Plaza LP. Built in 1984, the 153-room hotel was converted to student housing in 2005, and comprises 120,938 square feet. It is master leased to University of Central Oklahoma. Andy Burnett and David Burnett with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange & Associates handled the transaction. American Eagle Title Group handled the closing.
Memorial Sunshine LLC purchased the Lincoln Mercury of Edmond buildings, 616 W. Memorial Road, for $3 million from REHCO East LLC. Built in 1986, it comprises a 7,340-square-foot building and an 18,000-squarefoot building. American Eagle Title Group handled the closing.
Metro Office Park, 4300 Highline Blvd., sold for $1.35 million. Constructed in 1980, it comprises six buildings, totaling 60,654 square feet. At the time of sale, its occupancy rate was about 30%, and it had been on the market for more than two years.

“The seller had owned this office park for about 20 years,” Martin says. “He once owned a company that occupied almost the entire property. After he sold his company and the company relocated, he began leasing the property. The close of this transaction marked the end of a long journey for the seller.”
JAHCO OKC Springcreek North LLC purchased the 29,000-square-foot Spring Creek North retail property at 12400 N. May for $2.7 million from Springcreek Realty LLC. Paul Ravencraft and Phillip Mazaheri with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.
Radhey LLC purchased a Super 8 hotel property, 2801 N.W. 39th Expressway, for $1.8 million from Mahadev LLC. Built in 1968, it comprises 22,398 square feet. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.
Kishan LLC purchased a Days Inn hotel property, 2801 N.W. 39th Service Road, for $1.8 million from Sharda Inn Inc. Built in 1968, the property comprises 55,420 square feet, and the sale included a parking lot. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.
Hart Partners LLC purchased a 10,500-square-foot property on Film Row at 720 W. Sheridan for $1.56 million from Claims Management Resources Inc. It was built in 1956. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.
Park at Tuscany LLC purchased 11.58 acres of commercial vacant land near N.W. 140th Street and May Avenue on the northwest side of Quail Springs Mall for $1.54 million from Rosebriar/Quail Springs LP. Frisco Title Corporation in Tulsa handled the closing.
Vista Point Inc. purchased a 26,050-square-foot retail property, 5801 W. Britton Road, for $1.4 million from RBP Ltd. It was built in 1984. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.
OKC NW & May LLC purchased a newly built, 3,224-square-foot Whataburger, 5315 N. May Ave., for $1.3 million from HP OKC May Partners LP. First American Title handled the closing.
Batliner Paper Stock Company purchased an industrial property at 320 N. McCormick Ave. for $1.18 million from MD Wood LLC. It comprises a building constructed in 1970 with 99,136 square feet, one built in 1974 with 16,800 square feet and one built in 1996 with 68,336 square feet. Bob Puckett with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction. American Eagle Title Group handled the closing.
Sleep Studio Properties LLC purchased just more than an acre of land at 212 Outlet Shoppes Drive for $900,000 from OK City Outlets LLC. American Eagle Title handled the closing.
Allison Marks LLC purchased .45 acres of commercial vacant land at 9104 N. Kelley Ave. for $575,000. Amy S. Dunn with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.
Popeyes Chicken purchased a 5,680-square-foot retail building at 7612 S. Western Ave. for $490,000 from Mid Property Holdings LLC. Mark W. Inman and Stuart Graham with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Pioneer Library System purchased a 25,000-square-foot retail property at 300 Norman Center Court in Norman, for $1.6 million from Borders Inc. WPM Properties LLC purchased a 4,800-square-foot office building at 3520 Charleston in Norman for $450,000 from SDF Properties LLC. Financing was provided by Republic Bank & Trust.
