OKLAHOMA COUNTY

DCP Midstream leased 25,000 square feet of office space at 3201 Quail Springs Parkway. Amy Dunn and Brent Conway with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Armstrong Tool LLC leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 2512-B East Highway 66 in El Reno. Mark Patton with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

The Federal Aviation Administration leased a 6,000-square-foot property at 8413 Gateway Terrace from Three D Properties LLC. This is a satellite location that will work closely with operations at Will Rogers World Airport. Bobby Davis with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.


right MMG Investments LLC leased 2,750 square feet of retail space at 3201 S. Broadway in Edmond. The space will be used for a Dunkin’ Donuts. Eric Fleske, CCIM with Equity Commercial Realty, and Robin O’Grady with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. There are two Dunkin’ Donuts in Oklahoma City and one in Del City. The company was founded in 1950 in Quincy, Mass., with locations around the world.

RedSky Land–OK LLC leased 5,830 square feet of office space at 416 W. 15th in Edmond. Tom Lange and Jim Austin with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma and Barry James of Dominion handled the transaction.

Dr. Clayton Royder leased 4,900 square feet of office space in Springdale Medical Building, 5300 N. Meridian Ave. Derek James with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

ATC Information Services Inc. leased 3,229 square feet of office space at BOK Plaza, 201 Robert S. Kerr. Craig Tucker with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Western Sizzlin leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in Casady Square Shopping Center, located at W. Britton Road and N. Pennsylvania Avenue. Laci Jackson with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Airco Service Inc. leased 3,000 square feet of office space in Will Rogers Service Center III, 4300 Charter Ave. Ross Hall with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

David Dodd Inc. leased 2,650 square feet of office space at 925 N.W. 164th. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Open Sky Media Inc. leased 2,074 square feet of office space in the Ice House Building, 729 W. Sheridan Drive. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Fossil Stone Granite and Flooring leased 2,056 square feet at 1733 S. Fretz Ave., Ste. A, from the Kenneth John Bachman Jr. Trust. Bobby Davis with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Timberwolf Resources LLC leased 1,830 square feet of office space at 4801 Gaillardia Parkway. Craig Tucker and Laci Jackson with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Michael E. Deeba PLLC leased 1,713 square feet of office space at Robinson Renaissance, 119 N. Robinson Ave. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Fancy Nails leased 1,555 square feet of retail space in Spring Creek North Shopping Center, located at N.W. 122nd Street and N. May Avenue. Susan Brinkley with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

CU Service Centers Inc. leased 1,500 square feet at 10491 N. May Ave. CU Service Centers is a credit union service company and has multiple locations in the Oklahoma City metro area. Lee Bollinger with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Michael Nguyen leased 1,337 square feet of retail space at 13801 N. Bryant in Edmond. The space will be used for a Nail Salon. Eric Fleske with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction.

I & L Thrift leased 1,250 square feet at 5922 N.W. 38th from Cornerstone Plaza LP. The store relocated from 6616 N.W. 39th in Bethany. I & L Thrift specializes in selling lightly used clothing and furniture. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Sierra Club leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 4900 Richmond Square, Ste. 201, from Interwest Properties. Monica Turner Uhland with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates and George Huffman with Interwest Properties handled the transaction.

CANADIAN COUNTY

ABW Inc. leased 1,814 square feet of office space at 508 W. Vandament #301, Yukon, from CPI DBA Springcreek Professional Building. Monica Turner Uhland with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates and Matt Danuser of Colliers handled the transaction.

ClEVElAND COUNTY

Hype Fitness LLC leased 3,840 square feet of retail space at 2203 W. Main in Norman. The space will be used for a Fitness & Sport Training Center. Gayla Artman with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction.

BA Fitness LLC leased 3,000 square feet of additional retail space at 480 24th Ave. N.W. in Norman. The space will be used for a fitness gym. Eric Fleske, CCIM with Equity Commercial Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

Vernon L. Smith PLLC leased 2,944 square feet of additional office space at 2424 Springer Drive in Norman. It will be used for general office space. Eric Fleske, CCIM with Equity Commercial Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

West Mechanical LLC leased 1,500 square feet of industrial space at 3341 Deskin Drive in Norman. The space will be used for a full commercial mechanical services company. Gayla Artman with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction.

Phone Fix LLC leased 1,304 square feet of retail space at 2294 W. Main St. in Norman. The space will be used for a cellphone repair store. Gayla Artman with Equity Commercial Realty LLC and Heidi Vanlandingham handled the transaction.

Norman Regional Health System leased 1,313 square feet of office space at 226 W. Gray St. in Norman. It will be used for general office space. Eric Fleske, CCIM with Equity Commercial Realty LLC, handled the transaction.
