Richard Tanenbaum, CEO of Gardner Tanenbaum Group, has awarded leasing of his office and industrial properties in Oklahoma City and Tulsa to Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange & Associates.
GTG reported it has developed and constructed nearly five million square feet of big-box industrial and office space in the state over the last 14 years.
“We are thrilled to have this major leasing assignment and to work closely with Dick Tanenbaum and his people,” said SVN Managing Director Tim Strange. “I have always admired Dick for his unique vision, uncanny marketing ability and tenacity in getting deals done. We are looking forward to filling up his industrial and office properties and keeping them full.”
The leasing team will be headed up by Strange, along with Brett Price, Joe Kokojan and Danny Ojeda.
Tanenbaum praised Strange and his team.
“I have watched Tim Strange and the work he has done in
building a team of specialists,” he said. “I am excited about having his group
of young, aggressive guys working on my portfolio and filling up our empties.”
