The Bricktown Association, announces Frank Nelson, with Pearl’s Crabtown, as the incoming President of the Board of Directors, and Cy Perkins, with the Bricktown Hampton Inn, as the newly appointed Vice President.

Frank Nelson (pictured), Vice President of Business and Managing Partner of Pearl’s Crabtown, has been active with the Bricktown Association for 16 years and is a member of the Oklahoma Restaurant Association Board of Directors. As a veteran restaurateur, he began is career while serving in the U.S. Air Force. Following his time in the Air Force, Frank was with Pizza Hut for 14 years, then worked for Chi's Chi's Mexican Restaurants. He joined Pearl’s Restaurant Group in 1990 and opened Pearl’s Crabtown in 1996. Frank and his wife of 44 years, Waunita, have four children and 10 grandchildren. Frank succeeds Avis Scaramucci who served as President of the Board for three years.
Cy Perkins is the General Manager of the Bricktown Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel. He also serves on the Oklahoma City Convention and Visitors Commission and the Greater Oklahoma City Metro Hotel Association. Before opening Bricktown’s newest hotel, he managed hotels for Marriott International and Drury Inns, Inc., in Oklahoma City, Kansas City and San Antonio. Prior to working in the hospitality industry, he managed water recreation theme parks. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.
The Bricktown Association is a nonprofit membership based organization that advocates, markets, and promotes the Bricktown entertainment district and various Bricktown member businesses.
