Oklahoma County

Oklahoma Department of Tourism renewed its 29,603-square-foot lease in First National Center, 120 N. Robinson Ave. Brandi Harrison with Milbank Real Estate Services Inc. handled the transaction.

Commissioners of the Land Office renewed their 20,513-square-foot lease at First National Center, 120 N. Robinson Ave. Brandi Harrison with Milbank Real Estate Services Inc. handled the transaction.

Greenleaf Wholesale Florist leased 16,730 square feet of industrial space at 4100 Will Rogers Parkway, Ste. 900. David Portman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Waukesha-Pearce Industries leased 14,975 square feet of Class A industrial space at 3500 E. Interstate 240. It includes a 20-ton bridge crane, two 2-ton jibs and approximately eight acres of yard. Brett Price and Tim Strange with Sperry Van Ness William T. Strange and Associates handled the transaction.

MG McGrath leased a 13,200-square-foot distribution center at 1240 Exchange Ave. from Coil Properties. The business is MG McGrath Sheet Metal. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Multimedia Games leased 10,396 square feet of industrial space at 4020 Will Rogers Parkway, Ste. 400-500. David Portman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Ultra Clean of Oklahoma leased 7,667 square feet of industrial space at 624 Centennial Blvd. in Edmond. Randy Lacey with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the landlord, and Chris Anderson with The Grant Group represented the tenant.

right, Global Risk Services leased 7,306 square feet of office space in the Packard Building at N.W. 10th Street and Robinson Avenue in MidTown. It is an independent insurance agency, specializing in medical equipment maintenance, commercial business insurance and employee benefits packages. Fitzsimmons Architects used the existing brick and concrete floors for a loft feel. The space features recycled glass throughout and large, open meeting areas. Derek James with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Shorty Smalls Restaurant leased 7,475 square feet of space in a freestanding building at 2037 S. Meridian Ave. from Orchard Court Apartments LLC. Ryan Storer with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Junior’s Corporation renewed its 6,692-square-foot lease at The Oil Center, 2601 Northwest Expressway. Vicki Knotts and Ben Knotts with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the landlord in the transaction.

NoodleStream.com leased 6,522 square feet of office space at First National Center, 120 N. Robinson Ave. Brandi Harrison with Milbank Real Estate Services Inc. handled the transaction.

Performance Mechanical and Sheet Metal leased a 5,000-square-foot industrial facility at 4317 S.W. 34th St. The building is masonry with a fenced storage yard. Mark Patton with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Venezia’s LLC leased a 4,688-square-foot restaurant property at 8109 Northwest Expressway from Council Crossing LLC. This will be Venezia’s second metro restaurant serving family-style Italian food. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Fretz Park Homes leased 4,487 square feet of office space at 4545 N. Lincoln Blvd. Tom Lange, Jim Austin, Brent Conway and AJ Jacobs with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

The Addison Group leased 4,359 square feet of office space at 901 N. Lincoln Blvd. Jim Austin and Tom Lange with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Manhattan Construction Co. renewed its 3,790-square-foot lease at The Oil Center, 2601 Northwest Expressway. Vicki Knotts and Ben Knotts with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort handled the transaction.

Burns McDonnell leased 3,366 square feet in Robinson Renaissance, 119 N. Robinson. The landlord will spend around $40,000 to retrofit the space to the needs of the Kansas City, Mo.-based architecture and engineering firm. Burns McDonnell serves as the general contractor for the 125,000-square-foot renovation of five floors in Leadership Square for Enogex’s occupancy in March. Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supply leased 3,240 square feet of retail space in the Lockheed Shopping Center, 7014 S.E. 15th St. in Midwest City. It is the seventh store in the metro area. Louis Almaraz with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the tenant, and Michael Almaraz with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the landlord.

Christ Apostolic Church (WOSEM) leased a 3,025-square-foot property at 6051 N. Brookline, Ste. 133, from Brookline Office Park LLC. It will be used as a church and worship space. Susan Davis Jordan and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Tom’s Formal Wear leased 2,234 square feet of retail space in Quail Village, 14201 N. May Ave. Michael Almaraz, John Cohlmia and Louis Almaraz with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort handled the transaction for the landlord. Barry Murphy with Commercial Oklahoma Inc. represented the tenant.

Vector Marketing leased 1,904 square feet of office space at 4545 N. Lincoln Blvd. Jim Austin and Tom Lange with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Oklahoma Radiation Oncology LLC leased 1,790 square feet of office space at 2525 Northwest Expressway. AJ Jacobs and Brent Conway with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma, and Ben Knotts with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort handled the transaction.

CLEVELAND COUNTY
Chapala Mexican Grill Inc.
leased 6,452 square feet of retail space at 1101 Elm Ave. Judy J. Hatfield with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction.

TC Restaurant Group LLC leased 3,479 square feet of restaurant space at 731 W. Main St. in Norman. The restaurant will be a new Taco Casa franchise. W. Mark Hyde II and Eric C. Fleske with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction.

McCarthy Law Group leased 2,945 square feet of office space at 114 E. Main St. in Norman. The space will be used as a general office space for a law firm. W. Mark Hyde II with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction.

Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma Inc. leased 2,475 square feet of office space at 2600 Van Buren, Ste. 2626, in Norman. The space will be used as general office space for a nonprofit law firm. W. Mark Hyde II with Equity Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction.

Hair Rage Salon leased 1,813 square feet in Brookwood at S.W. 89th Street and Western Avenue. It is one block south of the original location, which opened in 1994. Owners Terenna and Kevin Salter will offer hair services, manicures and pedicures. They plan to have the store open in March. Rick Pritchett with Precor Ruffin handled the transaction.
