Griffin has been associated with Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville since 2009. His practice focuses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, private placement and securities offerings, tax planning and tax controversies, and business transactions. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Oklahoma.

Griffin received his J.D. in 2005, with honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a Pierrepont Scholar, a member of Phi Delta Phi and the winner of five American Jurisprudence awards. He holds a B.A. summa cum laude in Finance, also from the University of Oklahoma.
