Broadway Realty Partners LLC purchased a 34,237-square-foot office building at 14024 Quail Pointe Drive for $7.3 million from May Memorial Building LLC. It was built in 2007. Capitol Abstract and Title Co. handled the closing.

Donbev Properties IV LLC purchased the 257-unit 23rd Street Station Apartments, 5700 N.W. 23rd, for $6.6 million from Five OK Apartments LLC. The 217,512-square-foot apartment community was built in 1970. Pilar Beare with First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

122 Investors LLC purchased two distribution warehouses at 311 N.W. 122nd for $6.2 million from TC Jasco LLC. One building was constructed in 1983 and comprises 44,290 square feet. The other was constructed in 2001 and comprises 129,373 square feet. American Eagle Title Group LLC handled the closing.

IP Emerald Health Holdings LLC purchased Emerald Square Assisted Living, 701 N. Council Road, for $3 million from Emerald Square Sr. Living SPE I LLC. The center comprises three buildings constructed between 1996 and 2010 and has a total of 43,553 square feet. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.
