Lincoln Plaza/261 LLC purchased the shuttered Lincoln Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, 4345 N. Lincoln Blvd., for $2.6 million from First United Property Holding Co. The buyer is Gardner Tanenbaum Group, led by Richard Tanenbaum. After previous redevelopment efforts in recent years failed, the hotel and convention facility sat vacant and decaying. Tanenbaum plans to convert the project to residential use. The sale included 17 acres and more than 400,000 square feet of space. Tim Strange and Brett Price, with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange & Associates, handled the transaction.

Guru Hospitality Inc. purchased the Quality Inn hotel at 7800 C.A. Henderson Blvd. for $2.23 million from Zions First National Bank. The two-story, 56,002-squarefoot hotel was built in 1982.

Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma handled the closing.

University of Central Oklahoma purchased the Oklahoma Hardware Building (right) in Bricktown, 108 E. California, for $6.5 million from French Hickman as Bricktown Wire Co. LLC. The building will be the permanent home of UCO’s Academy of Contemporary Music. It began at UCO in 2009 and leased its current space. The program is led by Scott Booker, manager of the Flaming Lips. The north side of the building faces Flaming Lips Alley. Andy Burnett and Zach Martin, with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange & Associates handled the transaction. Margaret Miller with Stewart Title Company handled the closing.

T.A.S.Y.R. Enterprises purchased 15.15 acres of land at the southwest corner of Rockwell Avenue and Memorial Road for $1.65 million from Riverbend Land LLC. Stuart Graham and Mark W. Inman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Expressway Events LLC purchased a 31,620-squarefoot building at 6009 Northwest Expressway for $1.52 million from Citizens Holdings LLC. Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

Frontier State Bank purchased 5.4 acres of commercial vacant land at 5016 S. Prospect Ave. for $840,000 from OKC Investments Inc. Pilar Beare with First American Title & Trust handled the closing.

ABS Option Company LLC purchased 40 acres of agricultural land on the west side of Sooner Road, north of E. Coffee Creek Road, for $696,000 from the Gwen Harper Revocable Trust. Stewart Abstract & Title handled the closing.

Isaac A. Williams Jr. LLC purchased the 28-unit Chateau Deville Apartments, 2351 N.W. 22nd, for $580,000 from the Chateau Deville Trust. Daniel Morris with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

North May LLC purchased a 5,985-squarefoot retail building at 7328 N. May from Cooper Bros. for $579,000. Hamid Pezeshkian, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker and Associates, represented the buyer and Sam Swanson, with NAI Sullivan Group, represented the seller. Chesapeake Land Development Company LLC purchased a single family home at 1009 N.W. 49th for $135,000 from the McEndree family. Ford Price, with Price Edwards & Co., handled the transaction.

Eagles Plaza LLC purchased 1.4 acres of land near the northwest corner of Memorial Road and Bryant Avenue for $435,000 from Oklahoma Christian Investment Corp. Stuart Graham, Mark Inman and Ryan Storer, with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma, and Eric Fleske, with Equity Commercial Realty LLC, handled the transaction. Old Republic Title Co. handled the closing.

Thadeus and Carol Jennings Living Trust purchased a 6,000-squarefoot industrial building at 8080 Glade Ave. for $300,000 from JOBO LLC. It was built in 2004. Kris Davis, with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort, handled this transaction for the seller, and Randy Lacey, also with Grubb & Ellis, represented the buyer.
