OKCBiz asked various local eateries to disclose their numbers of most served - or most used - items on a typical day. During the process, some had "sides" to share, as well.

Hideaway Pizza (four locations)

89 pounds of pepperoni sliced (totaling 19,905 slices)
105 pounds of mushrooms fried

ON THE SIDE: Hideaway will open two new locations in spring 2011: one in Automobile Alley and the other on West Memorial Road. Unlike the existing locations, both will offer a full-service bar.
