General Manager, Jackie Cooper BMW & Mini
As general manager, Kyle Hill sees to it that things run smoothly at Jackie Cooper BMW & Mini. And obviously, he's doing a pretty good job, as over the past decade, the company has not only grown, but its employee turnover is limited. Since 1999, the dealership has grown from annual sales of $28 million to annual sales surpassing $78 million.
When he isn't busy holding down the fort, Hill is dedicating time to community endeavors, such as volunteering with Red Tie Night, benefitting the Oklahoma AIDS Care Fund.
"I was introduced to this charity through my employer, Jackie Cooper," he says. Cooper and his wife, Barbara, started the organization to honor their eldest son, who died of AIDS. Hill has been involved with the fund for the past six years. In 2009, he served as co-chair, and next year, he will chair the 18th annual Red Tie Night.
"This event is the largest single-night fund-raiser in the state," he says. "I am honored to chair such a meaningful event, and I am humbled by the needs of those that receive the benefits of the funds raised."
Hill received his bachelor's degree in organizational communications from the University of Oklahoma. He also is a member of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and the Edmond Chamber of Commerce.
