Paycom, a company specializing in human resource and payroll services, broke ground today on its 90,000-square-foot headquarters facility on a 14-acre site on north side of Memorial Road between Rockwell Avenue and Council Road.
The new three-story facility designed by HSE Architects, is being constructed by general contractor Clyde Riggs Construction.
The building has a full underground basement housing the data center, which meets FEMA standards and will double as a storm shelter for employees. The project is scheduled for completion by July 2011.
The company also announced its plans to hire 10-15 new employees each month and will add at least 400 jobs over the next three years.
