Employee wellness is promoted through healthy food options in vending machines, a wellness website, free annual biometric health screenings, online and in-person health coaching, individualized case management services, gym discount memberships, weight watchers offers, tobacco cessation resources, employee challenges, a health section in the newsletter and company website and athletic sponsorship policy for participation in community health and activity-related events like fun walks and runs.
Lunch & Learn sessions, both live and online, provide resources for health and fitness, and healthy food is served at company functions. There is an added perk with a percentage end-of-year insurance premium payback for participation in year-round wellness events.
