Best Places to Work in Oklahoma 2013

To identify the best of the best, Oklahoma companies apply to the Best Companies Group (BCG) in Harrisburg, Pa., the program administrator. BCG then provides the resources for participating companies to complete a two-part survey: one for employers, the other for their employees. Employers complete a benefits and policies questionnaire, while employees take a 72-question survey.

To keep the playing field even, companies compete in two categories:

small and medium, and large. Small to medium includes companies with fewer than 250 employees, while large companies are defined as having 250 or more employees. While the focus is on Oklahoma and its homegrown companies, national companies are eligible, so long as they have at least 25 employees based in Oklahoma.

That information is collected and analyzed by BCG, and the list is created.

During that process, okcBIZ and its program partners do not participate in the selections. The final reports are delivered to the companies, which are able to compare their results with those of similar-sized companies through an aggregate profile of winners in the state. Previous winners are invited to reapply each year to compete.

Please join okcBIZ and its partners in celebrating excellence in the workplace with the 2013 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma winners.
