15020 Bristol Park for $1,679,582 from Hallman Properties LLC. It was
built in 2007, and purchased as an investment. Irmon Gray with NAI
Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the seller. Paul Wilson with
Wilson Company handled the transaction for the buyer. Pilar Beare with
First American Title & Trust Company handled the closing.

OKLAHOMA COUNTY

Greene Ranch Enterprises Inc. purchased warehouse properties that comprise 121,675 square feet at 5201 W. Reno for $2.9 million from K74 Ranch Inc. c/o Joe Boydston. It was constructed in 1967. Bob Puckett with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Greene Ranch Enterprises LLC and Greene Brothers Ltd. purchased a 51,200-square-foot industrial warehouse building at 4345 S.W. 23rd for $1.8 million from The Humphreys Companies LLC and Triad Investments LLC. It was built in 1998. Bob Puckett with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Tran BP LLC purchased the 22,573-squarefoot Village Park South shopping center, 10407 N. May, for $1.643 million from Dineen Edwards Group LLC. The new owners plan to make minor upgrades to the property. Lee Bollinger with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Barbara Chatman with Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma handled the closing.

4G LLC purchased an 8,000-squarefoot industrial building at 5816 S.W. 21st for $1.086 million from Weaver Family Revocable Trust. Mark Patton with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

J1K LLC (On Cue) purchased five tracts of land that total 1.38 acres at S.E. 44th and Shields for $987,500 from SWTP LLC. Louis Almaraz with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort represented the seller in the transaction.

Shawn and Kendra Anderson purchased a 10,706-square-foot office building at 5818 N.W. 50th for $850,000 from Jerome B. Miller Family Partnership. It will be used for medical purposes. Cathy Riley with Baker First handled the transaction. Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

Storm Shelter Investments Inc. purchased a 30,000 square foot industrial building at 5621 N.W. Fifth for $775,000 from Frontier State Bank. Jerry Hocker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker and Associates handled the transaction.

Party Galaxy purchased a 7,000-square-foot, freestanding building on 1.51 acres at 901 S. Air Depot, Midwest City, for $665,000 from JMP Placentia Venture and S-T Properties. Mark W. Inman and Stuart Graham with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Ralph’s Family Pharmacy purchased 0.9917 acres of land for $637,500 from 178th and North Western LLC. It is at the Highland Park Shopping Center on the northwest corner of Northwest 178th and N. Western. Stuart Graham, Mark W. Inman and Ryan Storer with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

SMI Properties LLC purchased a 2,868-square-foot office building at 5609 S.E. 67th, Midwest City, for $450,000 from Liberty Trails Plaza LLC. It was built in 2008. The buyer, Systems and Methods Inc., is based in Carrollton, Ga., and provides document management, payment processing and child support services. It was awarded a contract from the State of Oklahoma and will employ eight people in the building. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Thomas Petroleum LLC purchased 35.15 acres of land just south of Highway 66 between Manning and Radio in El Reno for $604,580 from T.J. and Judy Cavins. Charles Dodson with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker and Associates represented the buyer, and Kira Escott of Murphy Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.

Love’s Country Stores purchased
a 2,800-square-foot building on 0.79 acres at 2200 W. Hefner for
$440,000 from Realty Income Corporation. Mark W. Inman, Stuart Graham
and Ryan Storer with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Afsaneh Mazrouee purchased
a 4,400-squarefoot retail building at 3420 N. MacArthur for $162,500
from VVP LLC. Motahareh Hajimirzaei with Coldwell Banker Commercial
Hocker and Associates handled the transaction.

Walmart Real Estate Business Trust purchased 5.13 acres of land on the northeast corner of N.W. 36th and Rock Creek Road for $2,234,628 from S&S Family Properties LLC. The buyer plans to build a neighborhood Walmart Market with a gas station. Judy J. Hatfield with Equity Commercial Realty LLC was the listing broker, and Tim Clark with Tapp Companies Inc. was the selling broker in the transaction. Mary Gardner with American Eagle Title in Oklahoma City handled the closing.
