building on 4.37 acres at 7202 S. Interstate 35 Service Road for $2.95
million from Best Buy Stores LP. The former Best Buy store was built in
1993. Mark W. Inman and Stuart Graham with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma
handled the transaction.
East Classen Property Development LLC purchased a 5,504-square-foot office property at 5900 N. Classen Blvd. for $2.5 million from the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority. It was built in 1998. Ford Price with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.
Leam Drilling Systems purchased a 13.8-acre industrial tract of land on N. Santa Fe Avenue just south of the Kilpatrick Turnpike for $1.4 million from Clements Foods. The tract, which fronts both the turnpike and the railroad to the east, is zoned I-3. Based in New Iberia, La., Leam has had offices in Oklahoma City since 1997.
