Building D LLC purchased a 20,632-square-foot medical office building at 401 S.W. 80th for $3.5 million from Cruse-Six LLC. Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company handled the closing.

Warr Acres Holdings LLC purchased 11.2 acres in Westpark Shopping Center at the northwest corner of N.W. 63rd Street and MacArthur Boulevard for $2 million from Saul Centers Inc. Mark W. Inman and Stuart Graham with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Hobby Lobby purchased 9,800 square feet of industrial space at 4001 Beacon Drive for $950,000 from Armstrong Relocation. David Portman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction. Trustmark Title handled the closing.

Crossfirst Bank purchased a 12,995-square-foot freestanding building on .95 acres at 5001 Gaillardia Corporate Place for $2.425 million from Northport Properties LLC. Mark W. Inman and Stuart Graham with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma, John Vaughan with Northport Properties, and David Huffman with Wiggin Properties LLC handled the transaction.

Alva Roofing Co. purchased a 33,750-square-foot industrial building at 14200 N. Lincoln Blvd. for $2 million from Pierce Hardy Limited Partnership. It was built in 2005. American Eagle Title Group handled the closing.

Town Square Commons LLC purchased 47.5 acres of agricultural land near E. Danforth Road and N. Coltrane Road for $1.689 million from ABS Option Company LLC. Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company handled the closing.

JL Davidson Investments LLC purchased a 12,803-square-foot office property at 4117 N.W. 122nd for $1.1 million from the Gary Quick Living Trust. The property was built in 1983. Julie Kriegel with Wiggin Properties LLC handled the transaction.

Caseco Truck Body purchased an industrial property at 1401 Enterprise for $725,000 from Peggy Ford Sanders Trust. The facility was formerly leased by City Trailer. Bob Puckett and Mark Patton with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction. Price Edwards also marketed the property on behalf of the trust, and conducted valuation consultation prior to marketing.

Dan Kelly FM LLC purchased a 5,500-square-foot building at 1221 N. Kelly in Edmond for $659,000 from Chad F. Stiles. Stuart Graham, Mark W. Inman and Ryan Storer with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the deal.
