GoldOller Real Estate Investments, a Philadelphia-based firm, purchased
the Lincoln at Central Park apartments, 500 Central Park Drive, for $77
million from Gardner Tanenbaum Group, the local company that built the
708-unit complex in two phases from 2007 to 2009. The price broke down
to about $109,000 per unit.
SIR Montclair Parc LLC purchased the 360-unit Montclair Parc Apartments, 10900 S. Pennsylvania, for $35.75 million from Montclair Park Apartments Limited Partnership. The 332,558-square-foot property was built in 1999. William Forrest, David Forrest and Eva Wills with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction. First American Title Company handled the closing.
F&R – 240 & May LLC purchased a retail property at 7000 S. May for $1.17 million from Blade Associates Limited Partnership. The 55,242-squarefoot former Homeland was built in 1968. Karleen Krywucki with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction. Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma handled the closing.
Eileen E. Gibb Trust purchased three multi-tenant, industrial-flex buildings at the Metropolitan Industrial Park, 401 N. Meridian, for $815,000 from CHI-OK Real Estate Partners IV. The buildings comprise 40,655 square feet and were constructed in 1982. Bob Puckett and Ross Hall with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction. Barbara Chatman with Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma handled the closing.
7-Eleven LLC purchased a 7,020-square-foot retail building on .8288 acres at 2400 N. MacArthur for $775,000 from TEF Limited Partnership. Mark W. Inman and Stuart Graham with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction. American Eagle Title Group handled the closing.
Rose Holdings LLC purchased a 5,460-square-foot 1930 apartment building at 508 N.W. 27th for $332,000 from Sophie’s Place LLC. David Dirkschneider with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.
McNeese Photography LLC purchased 0.4649 acres of land at the southwest corner of N.W. 62nd Street and Harvey Avenue for $156,094 from Jamie Alene Taylor Trust. McNeese will use the land to construct a new office and commercial photography studio. Frank Miskovsky IV with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Teresa Koeppe with Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company handled the closing.
Take Charge Investments LLC purchased 3.4 acres of commercial land at 413 S.E. 10th in Moore for $235,000 from Autumn Oaks Properties LLC. The property was purchased for development of lots for single-family residences. Judy J. Hatfield with Equity Commercial Realty LLC was the listing broker, and Mike Malone with Coldwell Banker Carousel was the selling broker that handled the transaction. Jimmy Moss purchased commercial-zoned land at 3301 and 3321 Deskin Drive in Norman for $140,000 from JSL Investment Holding LLC. Eric C.
