Omni Packaging renewed its lease of 37,620 square feet of industrial space at 11301 Partnership Drive, Ste. C. John Lenochan with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Public Strategies leased 35,550 square feet of office space at 3 E. Main St. in Bricktown. The space will house Public Strategies’ corporate office and its My Community Initiative, a nonprofit community and family strengthening organization, as well as Public Strategies’ communications, marketing and event management division, Pivot Concepts. Tim Strange, Blake Renegar and Daniel Ojeda with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange & Associates represented the tenant, and Vicki Knotts and Ben Knotts with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort represented the owner.

United Engines leased 33,800 square feet at 4532 Enterprise Ave. David Portman with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma, and Gerald L. Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co. handled the transaction.

D&M Distribution Services Inc. renewed its lease of 31,800 square feet of industrial space at 7734 S.W. 34th St. John Lenochan with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction.

XTO Energy Inc. leased 22,666 square feet of office space in Oklahoma Tower, 210 Park Ave. Tom Fields with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies LLC leased 21,541 square feet at 3120 S. Meridian Ave. from Holland Properties LLC. Jim Karey with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort represented the landlord, and Randy Lacey with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort represented the tenant in the transaction.

American Education Corp. renewed its 17,619-square-foot lease at Broadway Tech, 7506 N. Broadway, Ste. 505. Vicki Knotts and Ben Knotts with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort represented the landlord, and Tom Lange with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma represented the tenant in the transaction.

iPhone Repairs Shop leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 3923 N. MacArthur Blvd. from Cornerstone Plaza LP. This will be iPhone Repair’s fourth metro location. They plan to offer repair and accessories for all major cell phone types. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
