Founders Tower Commercial Owner LLC purchased 35,315 square feet of restaurant and retail space at 360 at Founders Tower, 5900 Mosteller Drive for $2.65 million from Founders Tower Condominiums LLC. American Eagle Title Group handled the closing.

BancFirst purchased the Sooner Rose Elementary School and adjoining land at 5601 S.E. 15th St. in Midwest City for $1.629 million from Independent School District No. 52, aka Board of Education of the Town of Midwest City. First American Title and Trust Co. handled the closing.

Wynn on Eastern LLC purchased a 17,669-square-foot television studio and office building at 11901 N. Eastern for $1.524 million from Local TV Oklahoma LLC. It was constructed in 1980 and houses UPN 43. Jerry Hocker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker and Associates handled the transaction.

TBS Ventures LLC purchased a 22,471-square-foot office building at 3909 N. Classen Blvd. for $1.1 million from the First United Bank and Trust Co. Zach Martin with Sperry Van Ness/ William T. Strange & Associates represented the seller and Vicki Knotts and Ben Knotts with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the buyer. Ann Reggio with Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma handled the closing.

Kolb Holdings LLC purchased a 35,000-square-foot industrial building at 50 N.W. 44th St. for $1 million from Dulaney’s Inc. Gerald L. Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the buyer, and Bob Puckett with Price Edwards & Co. represented the seller. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

The Bryan K. Goodman Family Revocable Living Trust purchased the Sherwood Forest Mobile Estates mobile home park at 5008 S. Anderson Road for $1 million from Norma Williams Hope. Phillip Mazaheri and Paul Ravencraft with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

The Oklahoma City-County Health Department purchased a 54-acre tract of vacant commercial land on the south side of N.E. 63rd Street and east of Martin Luther King Boulevard, just north of Remington Park, for $1 million from Remington Landing LLC. The buyer will use the property for development. James C. Buchanan III with Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the seller, and Sam Vinall with Wiggin Properties represented the buyer. Oklahoma City Abstract and Title handled the closing.

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services purchased an office building at 4130 N. Lincoln Blvd. for $775,000 from the Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group. Red Rock owns other buildings in the area, and plans to expand into the newly purchased building, which is currently occupied by OMAG. For the next six months, OMAG will continue to occupy the building until its new 22,000-squarefoot headquarters in Edmond is completed. Zach Martin with Sperry Van Ness/William T. Shree Sadguru Corporation purchased an 8,964-square-foot unoccupied restaurant building at 1100 S. Meridian Ave. for $640,000 from Scott Investment Corp. The site was originally developed as the Molly Murphy’s House of Fine Repute restaurant. It will be redeveloped by the buyer. Gerald L. Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the seller, and Ted E. Holmes with Hotel Broker One represented the buyer. Pilar Beare with First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

Ellison Investment LLC purchased 17 acres of industrial vacant land near S.W. 44th Street and west of S. MacArthur Boulevard for $625,000 from L&M Investments LLC. Mark Patton with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

Mason Realty Investors LLC purchased
three buildings at 11 N.W. Eighth Street for $562,500 from Margaret S.
Salyer. Investor Steve Mason purchased the buildings for future
development. He already has developed buildings on N.W. Ninth Street and
on Broadway Avenue into office and retail space. Trustmark Title
handled the closing.

Hoke Investment LLC purchased
a 10-acre site on the east side of Rockwell Avenue and north of Reno
Avenue for $450,000 from Britton Oil & Gas Co. Gerald L. Gamble with
Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the seller, and Casey Cook represented
the buyer. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

Carl E. Gungoll Exploration LLC and LeBarre Family LLC purchased
an industrial-flex property at 216 N.W. 59th St. for $447,500 from DPI
Interests LLC. Craig Tucker with Price Edwards & Co. handled the
transaction.

Chesapeake Land Development Co. purchased
a 42-acre site on the south side of U.S. Highway 66, west of Banner
Road with frontage along Interstate 40 for $420,000 from Banner Farms
LLC. The buyer will develop the property for its own use. Gerald L.
Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co. represented the seller, and Barry
Murphy with Commercial Oklahoma represented the buyer. Capital Abstract
and Title Co. handled the closing.

Keyvan Kamooneh purchased
a 2,164-square-foot office building at 2820 Linda Lane in Del City for
$235,000 from Alan and Sharadell Cady. Jack James and Hamid Pezeshkian
with Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker and Associates handled the
transaction.

Inland Diversified Norman University LLC purchased
the 158,516-square-foot University North Park shopping center for
$34.131 million from UTI I LLC. Capitol Abstract and Title Co. handled
the closing.

Stonewall Property Holdings LLC purchased
a 4,000-square-foot industrial building and 28 acres of land at 13800
S. Meridian Ave. for $1 million from Andico Leasing LLC. Brad Baker with
Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates, and Bobby Davis
from NAI Sullivan Group, handled the transaction. Rhonda Clinton with
Trustmark Title handled the closing.

MacDonnell, LLC purchased
an industrial property at 3401 MacDonnell Drive in Norman for $525,000
from CESI Manufacturing LLC. Eric Fleske and Judy Hatfield with Equity
Commercial Realty LLC handled the transaction. Kelly Clark with Old
Republic Title Company of Oklahoma-Norman handled the closing.
